LIGHTING WITH MINIMAL DESIGN AND EXCEPTIONAL FINISHES
« I believe that it’s not the sum of the parts - it’s the intrinsic value of how they’re put together ». Loving to explore his environment and passionate about art and design, Matthew McCormick sees the potential of everything that surrounded him and cultivates a taste of detail.
Ex artistic director at Best Buy, Matthew McCormick founded his own multidisciplinary design studio in Vancouver, Canada in 2013. Inspired by different combination of shapes, colors and materials, he designs and manufactures lightings with an unique style.
More than being fundamentally beautiful, the lightings are made with an undeniable quality. Indeed, all the pieces are tailor-made directly from the studio and by qualified local artisans. To produce uncommon objects and out of the time, Matthew McCormick seeks the perfect balance between the use of traditional techniques and the use of the most advanced technologies. Whether it's a simple stand-alone device or larger scale installations, Matthew McCormick is redoubling his imagination to achieve always more innovative result.
His works have been widely awarded through various international awards. He notably been elected the Industrial Designer of the year by Western Living in 2016 and received the A’Design award for products and lighting project in 2017.

SUSPENSIONS MILA, AN ODE TO LIFE
Matthew McCormick gives birth to Mila by following his state of mind and intuition during the first pregnancy of his wife. Simple and elegant, the suspension is achieved through the marriage of hand-crafted hand-blown glass with the soft geometry of the curved shape. The glow of beaded spheres is in delicate harmony in precious metal. To create as minimal a shape as possible, Matthew McCormick designed the lamps so that all wires and technology are perfectly concealed inside the frames.
HALO, A VIVID SERIES OF LUMINAIRES WITH PURE LINES
Graphic interpretation of the effervescence, Halo is a series of bold luminaries with soft warm light. This modular system allows users to create a multitude of different compositions. Hand finished, Halo light suspensions are available in brass, copper, nickel and 24-carat gold.
DODECA, A CHANDELIER WITH GREEK REFERENCES
Created in refined sizes, with different finishes, Dodeca structure interacts surprisingly with the ambient light while going against the internal circular lighting. Thanks to high density LEDs, Dodeca is known for its majestic lighting. Nevertheless the chandelier also remains a sculpture once is turn off.
